Junior IT Support at the Prosecution Authority

Do you want to take your first step into IT and support in a socially important organization? We are now looking for a junior employee for a position as local IT support at the Prosecution Authority's headquarters in Stockholm.

Your Responsibilities

As local IT support, you will be part of the IT operational support unit, where you and your dedicated colleagues assist users with their IT-related questions and problems. You will have the opportunity to work with:

• Basic IT support for users on-site and remotely
• Assistance with installation, inventory, and management of computers, printers, and other equipment
• Basic administration of user accounts and permissions
• Participation in the purchase and receipt of IT equipment
• Involvement in smaller projects and activities related to the IT environment.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• has completed secondary education, preferably with a focus on IT or technology
• has an interest in IT and wants to learn more about support and technology in practice
• is service-oriented, curious, and has an easy time absorbing new information
• enjoys helping others and has good collaboration skills
• is meticulous, structured, and wants to contribute to a positive user experience
• has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

Previous experience in IT support is an advantage but not a requirement.

About the Employment

The position is a permanent employment with a probationary period of 6 months.

The position is placed in a security class, and therefore a security review with a background check will be conducted.

The Prosecution Authority is a preparedness authority. Upon employment, you may be assigned to the Prosecution Authority in case of war. Read more under Work with us (#).
